Note: This webinar is based on the original CSRD and ESRS. Following the release of the Omnibus proposal on February 26, some information may no longer be accurate. We are currently reviewing and updating this webinar to reflect the latest regulatory developments. In the meantime, we recommend reading our Omnibus deep-dive for up-to-date insights on reporting requirements.

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026. By that date, every relevant product you place on the EU market needs a due diligence statement in TRACES, backed by geolocation data and a risk assessment that holds up to scrutiny.
On 8 October 2026, Elisavet Diamantopoulou and Jolita Saveikyte from Coolset's research team host a free, 45 minute live session on what "ready" means on that date, and where companies are still falling short with twelve weeks to go.
In this webinar, we will cover:
→ How to check your geolocation coverage against what TRACES will actually accept
→ Submitting a due diligence statement, and what happens after you receive the reference number
→ Working out which suppliers still owe you data, and what to send them now
→ Separating what must be done by 30 December from what can follow afterwards
→ Where dry runs are still failing, based on what we see across operators today
The session runs 45 minutes, with time for questions at the end.
