From 30 December 2026, national competent authorities must check a minimum share of EUDR operators and traders every year, usually without warning. This checklist shows what an authority examines, what operators and downstream operators and traders need to have ready, and what to do in the first days after an authority gets in touch. Every item cites the EUDR article it comes from.
