Note: This guide is based on the original CSRD and ESRS. Following the release of the Omnibus proposal on February 26, some information may no longer be accurate. We are currently reviewing and updating this guide to reflect the latest regulatory developments. In the meantime, we recommend reading our Omnibus deep-dive for up-to-date insights on reporting requirements.

Customs checks EUDR on the code you declare. This guide explains how Annex I, HS, CN and TARIC codes fit together, what Delegated Regulation 2026/2102 changed, which of the HS codes are in scope, and which of the 15 TARIC document codes goes on your import or export declaration. The Excel lookup checks up to 30 codes at once: type a 10-digit TARIC, 8-digit CN or 4-6 digit HS code and see the Annex I entry, when it applies and what to declare.
