Note: This guide is based on the original CSRD and ESRS. Following the release of the Omnibus proposal on February 26, some information may no longer be accurate. We are currently reviewing and updating this guide to reflect the latest regulatory developments. In the meantime, we recommend reading our Omnibus deep-dive for up-to-date insights on reporting requirements.
Every due diligence statement needs the Annex II data and the geolocation of every plot of land, and the information system rejects GeoJSON files that break its rules. This Excel template collects the DDS fields, the plot data from your suppliers and your supplier and customer records, and checks every row: six decimals, polygons above 4 hectares, closed polygons, production dates. A short PDF guide explains the rules and how to turn the plot data into a GeoJSON file.
