Note: This webinar is based on the original CSRD and ESRS. Following the release of the Omnibus proposal on February 26, some information may no longer be accurate. We are currently reviewing and updating this webinar to reflect the latest regulatory developments. In the meantime, we recommend reading our Omnibus deep-dive for up-to-date insights on reporting requirements.

The European Commission just released updated FAQ clarifications on PPWR, and some of them directly affect how enforcement will play out over the coming months.
On August 13 at 11:00 CEST, Coolset's sustainability research team will host a 45-minute live session going through what changed and what it means in practice. We'll walk through the Commission's newest FAQ for Regulation (EU) 2025/40 to translate the clarifications into what your compliance process actually needs to account for.
You'll leave with a clear view of what authorities can and can't do at inspection, which standards you can rely on right now, and where the remaining gray areas sit.
In this webinar, we will cover:
→ What authorities are required to do before withdrawing non-compliant packaging from the market, and what that means for your correction window
→ Why older harmonised standards no longer guarantee a presumption of conformity, and which ones still apply during the transition (EN 13428:2004 remains valid for packaging minimisation until 2029)
→ Why technical documentation has to be created by the manufacturer directly, not outsourced to a supplier or converter
This session is relevant for compliance managers, regulatory affairs leads, and supply chain teams responsible for packaging placed on the EU market.
