See the reasoning and the evidence

Trusting an answer is easier when you can see how it was reached, and signing a Declaration of Conformity is easier when you can see the evidence first.

  • See the reasoning behind Ask Coolset answers. The assistant can now show its reasoning alongside a message, so you can check how it reached an answer.
  • Preview the evidence bundle before signing a Declaration of Conformity. Review exactly what is included before you sign.
  • Sign a Declaration of Conformity only when the assessment passes. A due diligence statement requires its risk assessment to be passing before you can sign, so declarations rest on completed checks.
  • See the full detail of supplier-owned packaging assessments. When a packaging type is assessed by a supplier further up the chain, you now see the per-control results instead of only a rolled-up status.

What this means for you: more confidence in both your AI answers and your compliance declarations, with fewer required fields between you and the data you need.

A home for Declarations of Conformity

Signing off packaging compliance means pulling assessments together from across your chain and being able to show who declared what.

  • Find your Declarations of Conformity in the PPWR view. A new DoC tab collects the declarations for each packaging product in one place.
  • Sign a Declaration of Conformity backed by the whole chain. When you sign, risk assessments run and propagate up the supply chain, so the declaration reflects your suppliers' data.
  • See packaging types that come from your suppliers. The PPWR drawer now renders packaging types from propagated assessments, not only the ones you added yourself.
  • Upload documents and use Coolset components inside Ask Coolset. You can attach files to a conversation and work with Coolset components such as charts and tables directly in the chat.
  • Trace packaging back to your catalog. The PPWR traceability wizard now links a packaging row to the matching product in your internal catalog.
  • See which company signed a due diligence statement. The signing company name is now available, so it is clear who declared what.
  • A simpler PPWR add flow. Product pickers show only the relevant items when adding products or packaging types, the SKU field sits at the top, and HS code is optional.

What this means for you: your Declarations of Conformity live in one place, backed by assessments from across your chain, and Ask Coolset can now work with your own documents.

PPWR, reorganized around products and packaging

Managing packaging compliance is clearer when your products and the packaging that goes with them are not crammed into the same list.

  • Work from separate Products and Packaging types tabs. The PPWR view now splits products and packaging types into two tabs, each with its own row drawer, replacing the old tracked and untracked split.
  • Add from your catalog, or create on the spot. A catalog picker lets you reuse what you already have, and you can add packaging types inline from within a product.
  • Send PPWR information requests to your suppliers. Open a packaging type and request the information you need in a single flow.
  • Request due diligence on packaging types. Due diligence requests now cover packaging types, not only products.
  • Sign a Declaration of Conformity from the PPWR drawer. Select the passing packaging types and sign without leaving the screen.
  • Trace a packaging chain from any row. A row-level Trace button opens the PPWR traceability view for that row.
  • Add activity data straight from the GHG Overview. The Add button opens a guided flow through Ask Coolset to enter your activity data.

What this means for you: a PPWR workspace organized the way you think about products and packaging, with requests, due diligence and declarations all a click away.

Sharper PPWR views and chat shortcuts

Finding the right products in a long PPWR list, and reusing an answer from the assistant, should both take seconds.

  • View and edit PPWR product details in the drawer. Open a product to see its details and edit them in place, for both tracked and untracked products.
  • Upload GeoJSON files for EUDR origin coordinates. Import origins from the GeoJSON files your suppliers already use, instead of copying coordinates by hand.
  • Copy any Ask Coolset message as markdown. Send an answer straight to Slack, Teams or a document with one click.
  • Start Ask Coolset from anywhere in the platform. Other parts of the platform can open the assistant with the relevant question already filled in.

What this means for you: quicker navigation through your PPWR products, easier EUDR origin imports, and answers you can reuse wherever you work.
