A risk assessment is only useful if you can see the evidence behind it, and a supplier request only works if the supplier understands what you are asking for. This week's updates cover both.

• See the evidence behind every risk assessment. Each control now shows the supplier's survey responses and any verified documents, with a relevance score telling you how well each document matches the control. Sort controls by risk or alphabetically to work through them in your own order.
• Know exactly where each assessment stands. A new "in progress" status separates assessments that are underway from those not yet started, so "pending" no longer hides the difference. Result text now reflects the real outcome instead of a generic message.
• Supplier emails that match the regulation. Invitations and notifications now use templates tailored to EUDR, EUTR or PPWR, so suppliers understand precisely what you need from them.
• A simpler way to add products. Adding products now lives in one place. Tell us which regulation a product needs to meet and we show only the fields that apply. Bulk imports validate your file against the standards you select, and the templates you download are tailored to your regulations.
• Wider document support for verification and autofill. Document verification and AI autofill now read spreadsheets, CSV files and images, on top of the document types already supported, so more of your supplier evidence can be processed automatically.
• A clearer PPWR Requests page. Filter requests by assessment status, search by SKU across your full data set, filter by a specific supplier or customer, and bulk-delete requests you no longer need.
• Choose which documents go into an evidence bundle. Pick exactly which files to include when downloading, with a file-type filter to grab, for example, all PDFs at once.

What this means for you: you can see and trust the evidence behind your compliance work, ask suppliers for the right things in language they understand, and move through EUDR, EUTR and PPWR faster.

When you pull together evidence for a risk assessment, you rarely need everything at once, and large supplier campaigns should not mean selecting rows by hand.

• Download only the evidence you need. Choose which parts of a risk-assessment evidence bundle to include, instead of exporting the whole thing.
• Target supplier requests with filters. Select the products you want to request information on by applying filters, so a large request campaign takes one pass.
• EUTR suppliers now see their product chains. The Product Chain view is now available for EUTR, matching how it already works for PPWR.

What this means for you: your supply chain workflows behave the same way across EUDR, EUTR and PPWR, with less clicking to reach the data that matters.

Collecting supplier information one product at a time is slow when you have hundreds of packaging lines to cover.

• Request information from suppliers in bulk. Select multiple products or packaging types in your PPWR table and send information requests in a single action, instead of one row at a time.
• Pick up where you left off in Ask Coolset. Your past conversations now appear in the side panel, so you can return to an earlier answer without starting over.

What this means for you: less manual follow-up to gather the supplier data your PPWR compliance depends on.

Managing compliance across multiple suppliers is already demanding enough. These improvements lighten your workload further:‍

• Switch workspaces in a couple of clicks. The workspace switcher is now a filterable list, so finding the right workspace is fast even when you have dozens
• Suppliers are notified for every order. Every new order now sends the supplier a request automatically
• Search products by name. The Requests search now matches on product name, including both buyer and seller names
• See product and assessment detail in the DoC tab. The Declaration of Conformity tab now shows the product info and the assessment data behind each declaration.

What this means for you: quicker workspace switching, and supplier requests that reach the right people with the right context.

Trusting an answer is easier when you can see how it was reached, and signing a Declaration of Conformity is easier when you can see the evidence first.

• See the reasoning behind Ask Coolset answers. The assistant can now show its reasoning alongside a message, so you can check how it reached an answer.
• Preview the evidence bundle before signing a Declaration of Conformity. Review exactly what is included before you sign.
• Sign a Declaration of Conformity only when the assessment passes. A due diligence statement requires its risk assessment to be passing before you can sign, so declarations rest on completed checks.
• See the full detail of supplier-owned packaging assessments. When a packaging type is assessed by a supplier further up the chain, you now see the per-control results instead of only a rolled-up status.

What this means for you: more confidence in both your AI answers and your compliance declarations, with fewer required fields between you and the data you need.
