One product, many suppliers

Buying the same product from more than one supplier should not mean merging their different packaging into one record, and chasing a PPWR request should not mean leaving the PPWR page to do it.

  • Track one product across multiple suppliers separately. When you request PPWR information for a product sourced from more than one supplier, each supplier's packaging system and its own assessments now appear on their own, instead of being merged into a single record.
  • Manage every PPWR request from the PPWR page. Requests to others and requests for you now live as tabs on the PPWR page itself, next to your dashboard and declarations, instead of on a separate requests page.
  • Request due diligence on packaging types from the product page. Open a product's detail page and request due diligence on its packaging types directly, without navigating to a different screen.
  • Name your due diligence statements and declarations. Give a PPWR Declaration of Conformity or an EUDR due diligence statement a name of your own, then search and sort by it instead of by a machine-generated reference. EUDR statements also show their verification status as it happens, including the reason if verification fails.
  • See your PPWR product and packaging counts at a glance. The PPWR dashboard now shows how many products and packaging types you have, with a link straight through to the full list of each.

What this means for you: clearer tracking when a product comes from more than one supplier, PPWR requests and declarations that live in fewer places, and records you can find by name instead of by ID.

See where your compliance stands

Knowing where your PPWR compliance stands should not mean clicking through hundreds of suppliers and packaging lines, and losing your progress on a declaration should never mean starting over.

  • See where your PPWR compliance stands, at a glance. The PPWR page now opens on an overview built around your compliance posture, open supplier requests, and the items that need your attention, so you no longer have to dig through every supplier and packaging line to find out what is left to do.
  • Sign a Declaration of Conformity without getting stuck on a failing assessment. When a risk assessment does not pass, you can still choose to sign the declaration, and the assessment now reflects that you signed despite the failing result.
  • Pick up a Declaration of Conformity right where you left off. Reopening the Sign DoC drawer no longer starts a new declaration and discards your answers; it resumes the one you were already working on.
  • Finish a draft declaration from the Declarations page. Drafts now appear there alongside signed declarations, with a filter to tell them apart, so you can complete one without first opening the product it belongs to.
  • See full product details on a page of their own. Every product now opens its own detail page instead of a side panel, giving you more room to work through everything about a product in one place.

What this means for you: less digging to see where your PPWR compliance stands, more flexibility signing off declarations without losing your work, and a smoother experience across products.

Organized documents, smarter product lists

Organize your documents into folders, filter and bulk-manage your product list, and get EUDR due diligence statements the same risk-assessment visibility as PPWR.

  • Organize your documents into folders. Create folders in your document library and file documents into them, so related evidence stays grouped instead of buried in one long list.
  • Filter, sort, and bulk-delete products in one pass. New filters on the products list let you narrow down to exactly the rows you need, sort by SKU, and select every matching product, even across pages, to delete them in bulk instead of one at a time.
  • EUDR due diligence statements now carry their own risk assessment. An EUDR DDS gets an assessment status the same way a PPWR Declaration of Conformity already does, so you can see whether the statement holds up without checking every traced order separately.

What this means for you: a document library that scales with how much you store, a faster way to manage large product lists, and the same level of assessment visibility across EUDR as PPWR.

Agnostic autofills, managing grouped declarations and easier product tracing

Getting AI help with a survey, finding a signed declaration, and fixing a misclassified product shouldn't depend on which part of the app you're in.

  • AI autofills now work on every survey. Coolset's AI assistant can fill in answers across all your data room surveys, including risk assessments for PPWR, Origins and Company Maturity, without needing to be switched on for your workspace
  • See every PPWR declaration in one place. A new Declarations tab on your PPWR page lists every Declaration of Conformity across the workspace, so you no longer need to open a product to find the one you're after
  • Trace order items to a match in one click, now on sales orders too. The one-click trace suggestion already available on your requests and product chain pages now appears on EUDR sales orders, so you can confirm a match without searching for it
  • Attach origins and sources the moment you create a lot. Add traced origins or purchase order sources while creating a new lot

What this means for you: less digging for declarations, less starting over after a misclassification, quicker tracing across sales orders and lots, and AI help wherever you're filling out a survey.

Clearer screens, smarter supplier matching

Switching between your supplier, customer, and entity screens meant relearning slightly different layouts each time, and tracing an incoming request back to your own catalog meant checking every item by hand.

  • Suppliers, customers, and entities now work the same way. These three screens share the same side panel, filters, search, and buttons, so you don't have to relearn the interface when you switch between them. Bulk actions on entities now show a confirmation message when they're done, matching suppliers and customers.
  • See suggested matches when tracing incoming requests. When an incoming product or order matches an item already in your catalog by SKU, we now suggest the match directly on the requests page, so you can confirm it in one click instead of searching for it yourself.
  • AI autofills now work inside survey pop-ups. The autofill panel previously stayed hidden when a survey opened in a pop-up window, such as a risk-assessment questionnaire. It's now visible and usable in every view where a survey appears.
  • Clearer feedback on bulk supplier requests. Sending information requests to multiple suppliers at once now shows separate confirmations for what succeeded and what didn't, instead of one combined message.
  • Only valid HS codes can be selected. The HS code picker now only allows codes that are 6 or 8 digits long, so incomplete codes can no longer be selected by mistake.

What this means for you: more consistent screens across your supply chain, less manual work tracing incoming requests, and clearer confirmation when your actions succeed.
