Conducted by Prescient Security, the SOC 2 audit evaluated Coolset’s internal controls across five key trust service criteria, with a specific focus on how we protect customer data and maintain operational resilience. The process, supported by our partners at Vanta and Kobalt, confirms that Coolset’s systems and practices are designed and implemented in line with the security expectations of modern, compliance-driven organizations.
