Managing a supplier means piecing together their contacts, review status and history from a cramped drawer, and building an order still means leaving your order list to start one. This week's updates give suppliers a home of their own and put order creation where you already are.
- See a supplier's full profile on a page of its own. Contacts, review status and everything else about a supplier now live together on their own page, instead of a side panel. If a similar company already exists in your workspace, we let you know before you create a duplicate.
- Create orders without leaving your order list. Start a new order directly from the list, and include products from more than one supplier in the same order, instead of opening a separate screen for each one.
- Know exactly where a due diligence statement stands with EU TRACES. A freshly generated statement now shows when it has been submitted and is awaiting details from EU TRACES, so you always know its status.
- See product, supplier and date at a glance on an order. The traceability table on an order's detail page now shows these columns directly, so you do not have to open each line to check them.
- Upload several documents to your library at once. Add multiple documents in a single action instead of uploading them one at a time.
- See your PPWR compliance status the moment you open a packaged product. A compliance banner now leads the Packaging tab, so you know where things stand before you dig into the details.
What this means for you: less digging to understand a supplier or an order, and clearer visibility into where your compliance and due diligence work stands.
