- Invite your whole team in one go. Paste a list of email addresses to invite several teammates at once, and see every pending or expired invitation in a new Invitations tab, where you can revoke or renew any of them without leaving the app.
- Generate a due diligence statement straight from Coolset. When a purchase order has everything EU TRACES needs, use Generate DDS to file a new statement directly from the order, instead of only verifying one you already hold.
- Turn an incoming order item into a product in one click. When a supplier sends a purchase order for something not yet in your catalog, create the matching product instantly, alone or in bulk across the whole order, instead of retyping every field by hand.
- Add a packaging layer to many products at once. Open a packaging layer's own page and attach it to every product that needs it in a single action, instead of opening each product one by one.
- Download evidence straight from a packaging item. Wherever a risk assessment appears on a product's packaging, you can now download its evidence directly, without hunting for it elsewhere.
What this means for you: less manual work onboarding your team and creating products, and a more direct path from your supply chain data to your EU TRACES filings.
